What is a CNC Machine
CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control. These machines use a manufacturing process that uses automated, high-speed cutting tools to form low-cost, precision parts out of plastics, metals, aluminum, wood and many other hard materials. In addition, our team is able to easily engrave and personalize products in our Small Goods line. Our team is one of the few in New Orleans that is able to work with engineers, product developers, designers and more to design, prototype and fabricate products using a CNC machine. We have designers and CNC operators at GoodWood, so all work is completed locally in our New Orleans CNC studio.
